About Payment

Payment for the reading takes place before the session starts via paypal after your appointment time has been confirmed through email. If you feel a psychic didn't help you in your situation you can request a full refund of your money via the contact us section of our website. Once you have recieved an email back confirming your appointment time, Lady Katie will call you at the time discussed. If we have been notified you would like a refund, you can expect your account to be credited within 3 days. (only applies to over the phone sessions Email readings are non-refundable)

If you cannot afford a reading we can work something out with you. We have a referral program for every five people you refer you earn one free reading, over the phone, through e-mail or through live chat whichever you prefer.
